Prenatal Yoga / Kate Nicholson  

Sunday From 4:30pm to 6:00pm                        FALL SESSION: Sunday 09/08 to 10/27 (no class October 14) EARLY WINTER SESSION: Sunday 10/10 to 12/15 WINTER SESSION: Sunday 01/05 to 02/09
For women with yoga experience already, prenatal yoga is a place to safely modify and adapt their practice for a changing body. It is also very common for pregnancy to be a perfect opportunity to explore yoga for the very first time! The class will create a safe and open community that will allow you to freely discuss the wonderful new changes your body and your baby are experiencing during this very special time. This program is conducted in a calm, peaceful environment that will help strengthen the uterus and pelvic muscles, improve circulation, aid in digestion, exercise the spine and increase your overall comfort.

Parent and Baby Yoga / Mae Corwin

Wednesday 10:30am to 11:30am Will resume in September Parent and Baby Yoga focuses on strengthening the spiritual, emotional, and physical bond between parent (or caregiver) and child. Using interactive, slow-moving postures, the class is ideal for adults and babies newborn to crawling. The class also includes infant massage and various exercises that assist the development of your child’s motor skills. Parent and Baby will help carry you through the busy early months of caring for a new baby and help you build your community and connection with other parents. Please note that we are a one-flight walk up, and someone is always at the studio to help you carry your stroller or can also be left at the bottom of the stairs.
4-WEEK SESSION $56, Drop-in  $15 Didn’t use up all of your perinatal passes during your prenatal yoga session? Unexpired perinatal passes carry over to mommy and me as well!

Yoga For Women / Kate Nicholson

Weekly Class: Monday 5:45pm to 7:00pm
A woman's body is unique — marked by phases including puberty, fertility, perinatal, menopause to post-menopause or the 'wisdom years'. A yoga practice has the potential to support positive transformation and health through these natural cycles. This class will explore how mindful movement and breath work can facilitate ease and bring energy during different chapters of a women's life. This is an all levels class. Tumbling for Toddlers Open Play / Murielle Corwin

Six Weeks Series:  Starting again in September                                                      This parent /toddler tumbling class is a great way to spend time with your child, meet other parents, and help your child expend some energy! The colorful equipment and coaching help guide your child towards developing gross motor skills through rolling, crawling, balancing and climbing. Please join us for this Open Play where the focus is on making friends, learning to follow directions  and have fun. This class will be led by Murielle, who is highly experienced in instructing gymnastics and yoga. These classes will incorporate elements of both yoga and tumbling skills. This is a six week program, limited space for drop in ($10.00 please call office 380-6972 to register for drop in class).                                                                                                              

Tumbling Yogis for ages 4 to 7years old / Murielle Corwin

Six Weeks Series: Starting again in September         This class combines friendly yoga poses, songs, stories, and basic tumbling skills in a safe, fun, and supportive environment. Children will improve motor skills, and increase attention span by actively following directions. The class will also include basic breath work to build focus, concentration and self confidence. The class will end with “Peace Time” (final relaxation). The small class allow your child lots of turns and close personal attention (6:1 ratio). Please join us for this six week series suggested ages between 4 to 7 years old.                                                                                                                                                                    

Music with Matt / Matt Loosigian      

Six Weeks Series : starting again in September Monday from 10:45am to 11:30am                                                             Music with Matt is an early childhood music and movement program for children from birth through age five. You and your little one will learn delightful songs, dances and musical activities that focus on singing and keeping a steady beat to enhance timing, coordination, listening and language skills.  The a six weeks session format led by seasoned early childhood music specialist, Matt Loosigian allows for repetition of activities and songs which helps with language development, memory and improves coordination and timing.
