Studio Policies 

WHEN YOU COME TO
SUNDARA YOGA STUDIO

  •  Parking is available in the parking lot adjacent to the studio and across the street
  • Please sign in at the front desk when entering the studio. 
  •  All new students are required to fill out a waiver form prior to participating in the first class.
  • Please remove all shoes up front and place them on the boot’s shelves inside the studio, if all the shelves are taken, please leave them up front on the rubber mat.  No shoes are allowed into the practice studio.
  • Please hang your coats, jackets on the hooks inside the studio
  • Please turn off/silent your cell phones. 
  • If  you choose to bring water, please make sure the bottle has a lid so it will not spill.
  • If you are a few minutes late, enter the room very quietly so you do not disturb the students and the teacher in class. 

CLASS CARD POLICIES

  • You may drop in to any scheduled class, pre-registration is not necessary, but if you’d like to eliminate the step of paying for class when you arrive please go to sundarayogame.com, and choose schedule.
  • Expiration date: there is no expiration date on all class cards purchased at full price, ($120.00 for 10 classes and $70.00 for 5 classes), please check for specific expiration dates when purchasing a special class discount.
  • Sharing passes: You may bring a family member and let them use a class on your Class Card.
  • Discounted pricing:  for students, seniors, members of the armed services and employees of MCH,  are not available for online purchase – please redeem in person
  • Introduction package: $40.00 for one month unlimited, available for new client on their first visit to Sundara Yoga.
  • Refunds: In cases of prolonged illness or emergency circumstance, refunds for unused, non-expired series may be granted, minus a $15 processing fee. Please submit your request in writing.

SERIES CLASS POLICIES

  • Series classes offer our clients a special focused class: prenatal yoga, kid’s yoga, mommy and me yoga,  beginners series, etc.  Class card cannot be used to pay for series and Workshops
  • Perinatal Flex Pass: Prenatal and Mommy&Me classes are included in the Perinatal Flex Pass which has a 4 or 8 classes series options (please refer to pricing options), the Perinatal Flex Pass expires in 12 months (one year from the first visit).

SIGNED UP FOR CLASS AND
CAN'T MAKE IT?

  • Please cancel your reservation at least 60 minutes prior to the beginning of class,  if you do not, it will count as ‘attended’ and will be charge on your account.
  • You may cancel your class by logging back into where you originally registered for class and choosing ‘’cancel’’.
  • If you’re unable to access an internet connection and need to cancel you may call the studio at 207-380-6972 to cancel your class reservation.

WORKSHOP CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

  • If you sign up and pay for a workshop and are unable to attend please contact us to cancel at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time of the workshop. If your request for cancellation is received within the 48 hours period that is required you can get a refund.
  • Absence to a workshop is non-refundable. If you cancel on the day of the workshop or after it has taken place, a refund or credit will not be possible.
  • Workshops could occasionally be cancelled by the studio if there’s insufficient interest, or if a teacher has an emergency. If the workshop is cancelled you will be notified by email as soon as possible, and you will receive a full refund or full credit.
